Community Outreach Associate

We are excited to announce openings for 5-6 Community Outreach Associates to join our team immediately! We are partnered with a government-funded communications program that provides essential communication devices to low-income consumers, ensuring everyone has access to vital resources during essential times.

As a Community Outreach Associate, you will:

• Actively engage with local community members to inform them about the value and benefits of our client’s communication devices and services
• Generate interest in our free communication products and help connect customers with our authorized sales partners upon meeting eligibility requirements
• Build authentic and lasting relationships within the community while demonstrating your commitment to supporting those in need
• Collaborate with team members and our Customer Service and Sales Departments to learn best practices and develop effective outreach strategies
• Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the outreach process, providing support and assistance even after initial service connections are made
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and friendly work environment, fostering professional relationships among team members
  
  

Qualifications:

• A B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, community outreach, marketing, or a similar role is required
• A professional, trustworthy, and genuine demeanor, with a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, team members, and community partners
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of self-motivation and drive
• Excellent listening skills and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• A deep commitment to community engagement and a desire to contribute to a team-focused culture
