We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Account Development Manager to drive growth and nurture key travel accounts in the Western, Eastern or Central Region. If you’re an experienced relationship builder with a deep understanding of the travel industry, this is your chance to join a fast-growing, innovative team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Accounts: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel industry accounts (agencies, airlines, cruise lines, etc.).
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account plans to hit sales targets and drive revenue.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions to showcase Faye’s value and solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay on top of travel industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Be the Face of Faye: Represent us at conferences, events, and industry forums.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4 years of experience in B2B2C account development (travel or insurance).
  • Deep knowledge of the travel industry, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, and OTAs.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
  • A strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
