In this role, you would be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for service and updates on their projects, completing reports and finishing paperwork for projects and collecting payments from customers and processing them through the in-house system.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m. (1 hour lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Provide 5-Star customer service through all modes of communication (in-office, email, phone, etc.)
- Schedule service appointments and projects and close service calls
- First to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers
- Take customer payments in person and over the phone
- Data entry of invoices and credit card charges
- Daily job tracking hours for technicians
- Process warranty claims
- Order parts for inventory when needed
- Assist with the customer maintenance program
