Summary of Responsibilities:
Schedules caregivers to provide service for clients. Efficiently coordinate staff with clients needs.

Responsibilities:
§ Demonstrate flexibility in accepting work schedules, including unusual hours or workload restructuring if needed to accommodate agency needs
§ Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information in verbal, written and electronic form
§ Demonstrates teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration with co-workers, clients, and customers.
§ Complete all documentation and maintain all records in a timely fashion as required by Putnam Aging and its’ funding and regulatory sources
§ Follow all policies of Putnam Aging
§ Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures
§ Ensure timesheet is turned in with in three days of the pay period ending
§ Respond to all emails, phone calls, voice mails or other requests within 24 hours of receiving them with the exception of holidays, weekends, or scheduled leave time
§ Maintains cleanliness
§ Review and know the personal history of the client
§ Communicate to supervisor as new information is discovered
§ Effectively communicate with caregivers
§ Process home care phone calls
§ Coordinate client and staff arrangements and maintain schedules
§ Process new client referral information and place in appropriate program
§ Maintain client and caregiver files
§ Process new hires into Co-Pilot
§ Assist with administrative duties as needed
§ Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
