Job Description
Full Time - 38 hours per week
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Assist customer by creating titles, processing registration, renewals, driver’s licenses and other BMV services.
1. Accurately process and create titles, including temp tags.
a. Including scanning of documents as needed.
2. Accurately process registration and renewals.
3. Assist with reinstatement tasks.
4. Accurately examine, accept, prepare and enter all documents required in issuing and renewing driver’s licenses, beginner permits and identification cards for all classes including original, duplicate, transfers, temporary and replacement vehicle registrations, license plates and handicap placards.
5. Accurately manage and maintain transaction payments via cash, credit card, check or money order.
6. Accurately be responsible for collecting all required fees and donations and reconciling individual daily reports and refund request documents.
7. Attend any and all training as required
8. Assist with checking in all customers through Q-Flow as needed, including review of documents
9. Do proper cleaning of counters between customers according to the COVID-19 procedures.
10. As needed or assigned collect and review all end of day transactions
11. As needed or assigned do all end of day balancing and reporting
12. As needed or assigned properly maintain any and all supplies
13. Be in compliance with all State required processes
14. Operate camera systems to issue credentials, fax machines, Ohio BMV/Title software and equipment necessary to assist customers.
15. Other duties as assigned.
