## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, gardens, and landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks related to outdoor maintenance and landscaping.
## Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Trim trees and shrubs to ensure they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing
- Irrigate lawns and plants as needed
- Maintain garden beds by planting, weeding, and mulching
- Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
## Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance is preferred
- Familiarity with using power tools for outdoor maintenance tasks
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
