Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any resident inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist in residential cleaning tasks such as organizing rooms, and taking out trash.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety protocols in cleaning procedures is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
