Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience managing and configuring business applications.
- Experience with customer information and/or enterprise asset management systems.
- Experience in researching problems, maintenance, or enhancements.
- Experience with Oracle support, including the creation of Oracle Service Requests.
- Prior experience in the administration, configuration, implementation, and operational support of applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Applications, such as C2M or WACS, is a plus.
- Knowledge in software implementation practices, including the System Development Life Cycle, Data Lifecycle Management, and Change Management.
- Thorough knowledge of safety and security rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including technical documentation.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible applications analysis experience OR
- Graduation from an accredited two-year community/technical college with an associate’s degree in computer technology, information systems technology, or a related field and a minimum of twelve years of progressively responsible experience as defined above OR
- Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and a minimum of sixteen years of progressively responsible experience as defined above OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as defined above.
- Must be familiar with any core area of Oracle Fusion.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
