What You’ll DoAs an Organizational Development Specialist I or II , you’ll:
- Lead Growth Initiatives: Design and deliver training programs that inspire and develop talent through workshops, e-learning, and mentoring.
- Coach for Success: Partner with employees and leaders to drive professional growth, career development, and teamwork.
- Assess and Improve: Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance individual and organizational performance.
- Drive Change: Champion change management efforts with a focus on communication, engagement, and training.
- Collaborate and Analyze: Work closely with cross-functional teams, using data to identify trends and implement solutions.
You’re a natural collaborator and an innovative thinker with skills in:
- Coaching, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Talent management, performance management, and project management.
- Analyzing complex challenges and crafting actionable solutions.
- Communicating effectively, whether presenting ideas or writing detailed reports.
- For Specialist I:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of Organizational Development or related experience.
- Hogan Assessment Certification and certification in course facilitation as needed.
- For Specialist II:
- Bachelor’s degree (master's preferred).
- 3 years of experience in Organizational Development or related experience.
- Two or more certifications in the following areas: coaching, facilitation, E- Learning, or new employee onboarding.
