Nature & Scope
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of projects throughout the company, overseeing each phase from conceptual development through completion. You will direct the efforts of cross-functional personnel temporarily assigned to projects, ensuring successful project execution.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of safety rules, regulations, procedures, and practices.
- Thorough knowledge of operational management concepts and practices.
- Ability to shift between multiple projects, be a critical thinker, and visualize the big picture while being detail oriented.
- Ability to prepare and present project reports to management.

- Sound knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to lead high-performing teams and negotiate with team members to achieve desired results.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in applicable computer software programs for communication, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management, especially Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or a related field, certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute preferred, and a minimum of five years of experience in a project management capacity, including at least three years of supervisory experience OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as defined above.
