Responsibilities

- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering to maintain optimal clinic functionality.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards of care.
- Handle medical collection processes and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide support in laboratory procedures, animal restraint, and catheterization as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding pet care, treatment plans, and follow-up procedures.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and client satisfaction.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a veterinary practice or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and medical collection processes.
- Familiarity with animal care practices including kennel management and pet care.
- Experience in laboratory procedures related to veterinary medicine.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
