A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHIFT MANAGER
In this vital Shift Manager role, you play a crucial role in our restaurant's success as you provide ample support to the General Manager and help make sure we are maintaining high-quality food, customer service, and sanitation. You are sure to adhere to all operational and administrative business processes, tools, and systems to help maximize sales and profit performance while delivering desired results. Being a hands-on leader, you are mindful of creating a team-oriented work environment, encouraging your team to work together toward a common goal of good food and happy customers! You play an active role in the development of your team, including assisting with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and development. You genuinely enjoy the fast-paced restaurant environment and being a part of the family-oriented team you get to lead!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old
- Relevant and applicable prior restaurant management experience
- Driver's license with proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to complete all applicable Hazard Communication, food-handling, and/or safety training certifications
