This is a hybrid position with 3 days in our LA office.
Summary of Position :
The Manager, PMO will be responsible for managing all new launches and leading various projects related to the launch. The position will oversee all launch timelines for Morphe and / or product launch and operational execution, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams (i.e. Product Development, Brand, Sourcing, Regulatory, Creative, Packaging, Quality and Production) to ensure successful execution on a global scale.
Typical tasks include ownership of weekly development meetings, risk mitigation, escalation, routine project tracking, and continued cross-collaboration with key functions.
This role requires a strong, highly organized, and driven leader who has a good understanding of key dependencies and how to elevate and mitigate risk when faced with challenges. A key driver for success in this position is a person with a successful background in project management in the cosmetics industry, and with the flexibility to adapt and prioritize to best lead the team. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are highly preferred. The role will also entail support and / or ownership of identified process changes within the PMO scope, including but not limited to, template enhancements, Concept to Customer (C2C), and other key initiatives to help evolve Forma ways of doing.
Principle Accountabilities :
- Own and maintain all new launch timelines to ensure project milestones are met, including meeting actions, approvals, key decisions, risks and escalations. 50%
- Lead new launch development cross-functional teams, including all periodic meetings and documentation. 30%
- Implement current PMO tools to ensure each project is clearly communicated, timelines are tracked, complied with and that risks are clearly visible and communicated. 10%
- Seek areas of opportunity for process development and improvement across the cross functional teams. 5%
- Work on ad hoc projects related to the broader PMO team’s objectives and / or based on relevant Business need requested by ELT. 5%

Non essential. Less than 5%, ad hoc consideration only and to be approved by direct manager.

Compensation : $100,000 - $135,000 (LA office)
