Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Maintain front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships.
- Develop and manage office budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Organize office supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Implement efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Provide support to other departments as needed to facilitate interdepartmental communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting practices and financial management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette.
