What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fast Casual Counter Server position at FB Society?
Our Front Counter Team:
- Knows the products and their ingredients forwards and backwards
- Has never met a stranger - invites guests over as they stroll by
- Communicates well with the kitchen to work together seamlessly
- Keeps the front counter clean and ready for guests
- Inspires their team mates to ask them for help
- Understands the balance of great service and efficiency
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
- Experience with Toast POS is a plus
