Mexican Sugar is seeking a Dishwasher!
BENEFITS:

- AVERAGE $14-18 /HOUR
Dishwasher:
Responsible for cleaning and restocking dinnerware, utensils, and glassware, as well as assisting other restaurant staff members with cleaning and prepping tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with other team members professionally and courteously.
- Be at work on time and in proper uniform.
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
- Clean equipment used in the kitchen.
- Unloading and stocking deliveries.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Taking out and rinsing garbage cans and linen baskets.
- Supporting other staff members by assisting with other tasks, such as prepping and dating food items.
- Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
- Make sure all equipment used in the dish area is functional and filled with chemicals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience is a plus but not needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures. Must have all up-to-date certifications required.
