Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer phone calls to employees in a pleasant and professional manner
- Welcome guests and direct them to the right person or office ensuring that people get the help they need
- Screen and prioritize external people or groups wanting to meet with faculty, staff, or administration
- Process purchase orders and distribute financial information
- Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and assist in maintaining copiers/printers
- Administer room reservations and rentals, fleet vehicle schedules, and campus building calendars
- Manage access control of doors, maintain breakroom supplies, and sort/deliver mail for the Administration Building
- Assist with various campus activities such as summer conferences, student orientation, and other events

- Must be alert and responsive to callers, visitors, and those walking through the Administration Building
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and e-mail
Academic Qualifications
- At least two years of education or experience in an office environment is preferred.
