Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to date shot record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with others to meet common goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
