Daycare Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated teachers to provide essential support and guidance to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Jesus, kids and early childhood education. This role involves working closely with children and their parents to ensure their daily needs are met while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

Duties

• Provide quality care to young children to meet their physical needs.
• Prepare and engage children with daily learning activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children, ensuring all areas are tidy and free from hazards.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Document daily activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to date shot record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work effectively with others to meet common goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
