Primary Job Functions & Activities :
In this role, you will gather and analyze client data to provide accurate quotes and recommendations. You’ll respond to client inquiries, assist in gathering agency notices, and help with policy updates. Your ability to conduct thorough client research and deliver excellent customer service will ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Data Collection – Collaborate with the team to collect accurate, up-to-date information for quoting purposes. Utilize various tools and systems to gather relevant data for creating insurance quotes.
- Policy Analysis – Analyze client information to determine appropriate coverage options and policy details. Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations while tailoring policies to meet client needs.
- Quote Preparation – Provide detailed explanations of coverage options, premiums, and any additional information relevant to the agent.
- Client Requests – Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through email and text. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Filter Work – Gather and distribute agency notices and text messages to the Agency Email platform.
- Client Research – Investigate client requests to gather relevant information and insights for the servicing team.
