What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3PL Warehouse Operation Specialist position at FBD Logistics?
We are a fast-growing 3PL logistics company specialized in dangerous goods that is looking for an experienced 3PL warehouse operation specialist that is familiar with daily warehouse tasks. This person will be doing:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- WMS system operation(Experience is not required)
- Receive customers instruction and let warehouse know what they need to do
- Inbound appointment scheduling
- Truck quoting and booking
- Organize documents and records
- Answer incoming phone calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a must
- Familiar with Windows, Microsoft excel, Word, Outlook
- Patience, detailed-oriented, calm, and work well under pressure are required
- Logistics experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in 3PL warehouse is a must
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is a must
Compensation:
- Company will fully reimburse or provide Health insurance

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
