Join our team as a Sales Project Consultant, where you will have the opportunity to develop prospects through personal contacts, innovative marketing strategies, and solid customer relationships. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, guiding them through the process, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop sales forecasts and a robust marketing plan.
- Generate leads through past client relationships, community networking, open houses, and more.
- Assist Sales Coordinators in media advertising and strategy development.
- Qualify and follow up on opportunities initiated by the sales coordinator within 48 hours, keeping them updated on the progress.
- Identify customer needs, collaborating with the design department to create tailored solutions and provide necessary building specifications and drawings.
- Communicate with clients to address objections, close sales, and ensure a seamless process, including managing purchase agreements and collecting down payments.
- Guide customers in understanding permit requirements and setting pre-construction expectations.
- After project completion, ensure that final payments are made and customer satisfaction is confirmed, relaying any service needs to the Operations Department.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
