PC System Test Analyst I
Farm Bureau Financial Services is looking for someone with an eye for detail, who has strong organization and time management skills. In this role, you will independently set up and execute acceptance testing for software changes and enhancements, which support our personal lines of business.

What You’ll Do:
· Respond to and resolve customer service requests according to FBL Financial Group policies in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner for external customers, departmental staff and other FBL personnel at all times.
· Incorporate system testing principles and methodologies and apply across different PC testing platforms; ensuring business requirements and specifications.
· Assist with the development of project test plans, test cases, and test scripts for varying lines of businesses.
· Assist with designing and coordinating system testing activities for a business line.
· Assist end-users as needed to perform User Authority Testing.
· Execute system testing, automated test scripts and update test cast date.
· Identify, analyze, log, and retest defects found during test execution.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
· Associates degree plus 2 years of industry experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Working understanding of business processes and processing systems is required.
· Working understanding of software testing practices required.
