Product Support Associate

What You’ll Do: As a Product Support Associate you will support the implementation of property-casualty insurance products that comply with laws and regulations and meet client/member needs. Other duties include:
· Serve as the team lead for understanding and addressing operational issues related to our products
· Monitor and document ISO, NCCI, and other advisory organizations changes.
· Implement solutions to legislative, regulatory and other compliance issues.
· Manage and document insurance department filings.
· Maintain and distribute product manuals and supporting documentation.
· Submit programming requests and provide programming requirements and supporting material as needed.
· Support the Products area with miscellaneous research and other support.

· Detail-oriented with an appreciation for quality control and documentation.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
· Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
· Associate Degree in a business-related field plus three years relevant industry experience.
· Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with commercial property-casualty insurance and a demonstrated history of pursuing industry designations is preferred.
