Job description
We are looking for a self-motivated Service Associate. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering their questions about our products and recommending the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. A successful Service Associate stays up-to-date with product features and possesses excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, the duty of a Service Associate is to achieve excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
· Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
· Welcome customers and answer their queries
· “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
· Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Skills
· Proven work experience as a customer service representative or similar role
· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
· Proficiency in English
· Basic Math skills

· Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
