What You'll Do : As a Sr Instructional Designer Developer you will design, coordinate, creatively develop, and deliver technical training for various insurance markets. Other duties include :
- Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of online courses and trainings.
- Lead and coach other designer / developers.
- Design and develop a world-class curriculum to include online and instructor led courses.
- Organize the integration of new content into the courses offered by planning short and long-term goals and implementation schedules and learning objectives for the introduction of new content or programs.
- Determine effectiveness of training programs to include accurate content, delivery method, and cost.
- Develop project plans and lead training projects.
- Research and recommend technology, as applicable.
