What You'll Do : The Underwriting Shared Services team at Farm Bureau Financial Services is the home office team that supports our eight-state business unit underwriting teams. This team works primarily with personal lines property and casualty insurance with some involvement in Farm / Ranch and / or Commercial lines depending on the project. Underwriting Shared Services is committed to sound underwriting fundamentals that are achieved through underwriting best practices, philosophies, strategies, and procedures necessary to achieve corporate and state business unit goals.
