Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to high ethical standards. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Receive a $5,000 bonus after completing a 90-day probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive skill acquisition and behavioral assessments, including ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, and functional assessments (FA).
- Develop and implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior modification plans across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
- Provide caregiver training on treatment protocols and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain thorough program documentation, adhering to data collection, storage, and transportation requirements.
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Evaluate and communicate client progress through written reports and caregiver meetings.
- Create and manage transition or discontinuation plans upon client discharge.
- Ensure compliance with high professional and ethical standards.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) according to BACB guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support client treatment.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA/LBA certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
- Compliance with BACB supervision standards if supervising RBTs.
- Successful completion of state and national criminal background checks.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to supervise in-home and community-based clients.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $95,000 - $104,000 annually
- Hourly Rate: Up to $75/hour
