Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Lincoln, NE clinic. This role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with leadership experience who is passionate about overseeing clinical operations, mentoring BCBAs, and ensuring the highest standards of care. The Clinical Director will oversee the entire Lincoln program, including supervision of BCBAs, clinical operations, program development, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations and program development for the Lincoln clinic
- Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical support to BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, Functional Assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee caregiver training and maintain strong collaboration with families
- Monitor and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and state regulations
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure proper data collection and storage
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative leadership, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and expansion efforts for the Lincoln program
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA/LBA certification through the BACB
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and supervision standards
- Experience in clinical operations, staff training, and program development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team while ensuring high clinical standards
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to support in-home or community-based services
