Job Title: General Orthopedic Surgeon
Location: Nassau County, NY
Facility: Outpatient Center
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Compensation: Up to $750,000 First Year (Base Salary Incentives)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide non-surgical and surgical management of a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to:
- Fractures
- Sports injuries
- Arthritis
- Joint pain
- Sprains and strains
- Perform outpatient orthopedic procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices.
- Maintain a Monday to Friday full-time schedule.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Valid New York State medical license.
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with outpatient procedures is highly desired.
