Enduring Solutions LLC is hiring a Sr. Estimator – Heavy Civil/Highway to play a key role in estimating large-scale infrastructure projects. This role requires expertise in grading, removals, concrete structures, airport runways, and roadways, with strong proficiency in Bid2Win (HCSS), AGTEK, OST, and P6 estimating software.

This is an on-site position in Draper, UT, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Project Estimation & Cost Analysis

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for heavy civil infrastructure projects, including grading, concrete work, and aggregate placement.
• Perform take-offs, set up estimates, and build activities & logic using HCSS Heavy Bid (Bid2Win).
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and Geotech reports to assess site conditions and bid requirements.

✔️ Bid Management & Coordination

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and material supplier bids, ensuring DBE/SBE compliance where necessary.
• Develop comprehensive bid packages and issue RFQs to subcontractors and vendors.
• Enter and analyze subcontractor & supplier quotes in HCSS Heavy Bid and finalize award decisions.
• Conduct pre-bid meetings and bid reviews with the Chief Estimator and management team.
• Ensure timely bid submissions and compliance with agency/owner requirements.

✔️ Collaboration & Process Optimization

• Work closely with estimators, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Assist in value engineering and alternative solutions to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide accurate data for contract negotiations and project execution planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years of estimating experience in heavy civil and roadway projects (grading, removals, concrete, airport runways, etc.).

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Bid2Win (HCSS Heavy Bid) – MANDATORY.
• Experience using AGTEK, OST, P6, and Excel for estimating and project planning.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performing estimating team.
