The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI, advanced Excel functions, and possess strong problem-solving skills to tackle intricate HR data needs.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements.Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities.Analyze HR data to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and tell compelling stories that influence business decisions.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality control and testing processes.Manage data aggregation, transformation, and maintenance for efficient analysis.Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance reporting workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while providing support to end-users.Oversee small to medium-sized projects and deliver measurable outcomes.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel functions (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, macros).Strong experience in analyzing and visualizing HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance data.Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience with complex datasets.2-5 years of experience as an analystPreferred Skills : Familiarity with HRIS systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Physical Demands and Work Environment : The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
