Join our team at FC Copa Academy as a Recreation Youth Soccer Coach! We are looking for passionate individuals to assist Academy coaches in leading engaging recreational soccer sessions for children aged 3-8.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading fun, safe, and engaging recreational soccer sessions that foster skill development and a love for the game.
- Provide personalized attention to players of all skill levels, encouraging their growth and enjoyment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and fellow coaches to ensure a supportive environment.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout all sessions.
- Teach essential life skills through soccer, including teamwork, hard work, and accountability.
- Inspire a lifelong love of soccer in every player.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching youth soccer is preferred.
- Background in playing or coaching soccer (youth coaching experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with young children and ignite their passion for the sport.
- Availability for weekday evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the role.
