Job Summary
This is an hourly event-based position that will consist mostly of evenings and weekends. Our ticket takers / ushers will assist patrons at events by performing tasks such as overseeing event admission, scanning tickets and passes, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and directing fans around the stadium.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the stadium and scan guest's tickets using electronic scanner upon entrance into the facility.
- Asist guests in locating their seats and / or stadium amenities, such as restrooms, concession stands, and merchandise locations.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
