Business Analytics Intern
Job Summary
We are looking for bright, passionate, hard-working students to be a part of our team through our internship program. The internships allow the individual to gain valuable experience with a professional organization for their future in the sports, entertainment, and marketing industry. All candidate hours can be flexible to accommodate with your school or work schedule. Some nights, weekends, and holidays will be required.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to analytical projects across the FC Dallas front office, evaluating and identifying areas of opportunity and action to enhance bottom line results. This could include but not limited to marketing, ticket sales, corporate partnerships, surveying, and social media.
- Determine critical data elements to better understand fan needs and personalize our engagement.
- Build and present data visualizations from various projects such as market research requests.
- Understand and interpret data from CRM data, Ticket Sales, Attendance and Marketing data in order to build high quality leads lists and marketing campaigns.
- Follow industry best practices and cutting-edge techniques, emerging technologies, and fresh ways for the fans to better interact with the game and team through data segmentation.
- Assist in data management and clean up in Salesforce CRM system.
- All other duties as assigned.
