WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the healthcare and hospitality sectors, including customer service, parking attendants, operations managers, and more.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture, ensuring a perfect fit for both the candidates and the organization.
- Source and engage candidates through our HRIS system, job boards, social media, and networking events, both online and in-person.
- Conduct interviews, assist with the hiring decision process, and handle job offers, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
- Help coordinate recruitment events and job fairs, engaging with local communities in Chicago and surrounding areas.
- Keep candidate experience top-of-mind, ensuring everyone feels valued throughout the recruitment process.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous recruiting or HR experience (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a service-oriented industry).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – you know how to connect with people!
- A keen eye for talent and the ability to match the right person with the right opportunity.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- A sense of humor! We work hard, but we like to have fun while doing it.
