Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related field, as well as certification from a recognized organization such as the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP). You must also have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
