We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Ticket Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business and renewing existing accounts through the sale of season tickets, group outings, hospitality packages, and mini-plans. You’ll play a critical role in helping us expand our fanbase and create unforgettable game-day experiences. The ability to help grow a team from a ticket sales perspective will help to grow the successful Account Executive’s own career in sports.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for generating new business and renewing existing accounts through the sale of season tickets, group outings, hospitality packages, and mini-plans. You’ll play a critical role in helping us expand our fanbase and create unforgettable game-day experiences. The ability to help grow a team from a ticket sales perspective will help to grow the successful Account Executive’s own career in sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell full season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium experiences through outbound calls, in-person meetings, networking events, and community engagement.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM and other lead generation tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals set by the Director of Ticket Sales.
- Provide world-class customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Renew and upsell current accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Represent FC Tulsa at games, networking events, and local activations to drive brand visibility and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and community engagement teams to execute ticket sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in CRM.
- Actively participate in internal sales training and development sessions.
- Collaborate with the corporate partnerships team to identify B2B opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of direct ticket sales experience in professional or collegiate sports is a plus.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced team environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (like Hunspot, Salesforce, KORE, or similar) and ticketing platforms (such as Tickets.com, SeatGeek, or Ticketmaster) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have access to reliable transportation for external meetings and events.
