What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bill Of Material Analyst position at FCA?

We collaborat e daily with our product teams, change management, engineering, and assembly plants to effectively manage the correct implementation of digitalization of parts into our assembly plants in a timely manner . The Bill of Material Analyst will regularly interface with relevant Stellantis organizations (e.g., E ngineering, Change Management, Build Code Specialist and Product Planners ) to support and perform change throughout the life cycle of a vehicle .
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Lead responsible for the creation and management of our Bill of Material (BoM) on several vehicle family and model year s utilizing EBOM, CoDep and PLM
Utilize and interpret STV to assis t engineering with releasing parts into the BoM to ensure complete coverage for all vehicl e build configurations
Execute BoM scrubs and audits after each model year BoM roll with support from engineering
Support and manage BoM changes through a ction b ulletin releases and CCD/CN activity promptly with information provided by engineering
Ensure operational excellence and data integrity within our B oM systems (EBOM, CoDeP & PLM) through analysis, reporting, documentation, and training
Anal yze BoM releasing issues and execute accurate and timely resolutions using several reporting documents ( BCAR, Paper car, Qlik, EBOM Reporting and Kepler)
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with diverse groups across the company to gather information, communicate audit findings and provide recommendations for timely and accurate BoM resolutions
Organize and participate in meetings to support e ngineering in finding solutions to BoM issues including missing parts, double release of parts, wrong release of parts and colorization of part issues
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related degree field (other degrees in combination may be suitable as well)
5 or more years of experience in a Bill of Material and/or Change Management roll
Must be a self-starter and able to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner
Familiar with Stellantis Bill of Material and Change Management systems (EBOM, CoDeP, PLM, WebCN , CCD , STV, GBS and Qlik)
Effective communication skills, including negotiation and conflict management
Flexibility and willingness to support audits or special assignments in additional functional areas based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science degree
Vast understanding of the systems and procedures related to Bill of Material and Change Management
Strong communication skills
Passion for automotive industry
