What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Manager position at FCA?
The Chrysler Brand Manager position requires a self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual who is passionate about the Chrysler brand and the automotive industry. This role is a key component of the Chrysler Sales Operations team and is directly responsible for delivering monthly sales and share objectives, while optimizing brand health and profitability.
Bachelors Degree
Strong analytical project management, and presentation creation skills
Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, and other MS Office Suite Applications
Team-oriented self-starter with strong ability to collaborate with peers both inside and outside of the brand team
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to drive decisions through consensus and influence change
Customer-centric approach with a passion for driving results for the Chrysler brand
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience in sales & marketing
Experience with various reporting systems and Business Intelligence data (i.e. IDR, PIN, GVC, CINON, Kinaxis)
Prior experience interaction with product, supply chain management, incentives, and business center teams

- Track, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities to deliver improvements in profitability, sales, and share results, with a central focus on competitiveness within the market
- Design, create, and maintain a variety of reports that provide insights into sales performance, trends, and key business metrics
- Aid in the coordination and preparation of materials for Governance (i.e. Commercial Committee and other executive level business reviews)
- Prepare and present materials to support go-to-market activities (i.e. Business Center and Dealer Communications)
- Collaborate closely with Brand Leadership, marketing, pricing, and product managers to ensure all actions are in the best interest of the brand, the customer, and in accordance with the brand ethos of Harmony in Motion
- Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate nameplate-specific activities such as pricing/incentives, volume/mix, positioning, and life-cycle actions
