We are currently seeking for Visual Identity Designer at Stellantis that will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, 2D and 3D renderings, and motion designs with a focus on setting the tone of the look and feel of our North America Brands, ensuring alignment with brand standards and design specifications. Strong collaboration and presentation skills are essential, as the designer will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout development process and engage with different stakeholders to present design proposals and updates.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Visual Design: Create and establish the visual tone, color palette, and overall aesthetics of the brand while considering future trend and maintaining the integrity of the North America Brands
Visual Branding: Ensuring consistency in brand identity across all customer-facing communications
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform visual concepts into tangible results
Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual narratives that effectively convey the look and feel of the North America Brands
Design Iterations: Continuously refine and enhance designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders through iterative design processes
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, or BS in Industrial, Product, or Automotive Design
2 years of experience in design visualization, concept art, and digital design
Strong skills in 2D/3D visual communication skills, including graphic design, color theory, and compositions
Expertise in 2D/3D design tools like Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Alias, Gravity Sketch, Blender, AI software, and other visualization software
Understanding the DNA of the brand and the ability to apply it effectively
Strong presentation and design communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
A thorough awareness of global state of automotive design concepts and emerging design trends, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
Must submit portfolio along with application to be considered a viable candidate for the position
