What are the responsibilities and job description for the North America Independent Automotive Aftermarket Business Integrator position at FCA?
Do you have a passion for business development and growth, then the North America Independent Aftermarket Business Integrator is the role for you. This new position is responsible for program management, driving proof of concept projects, and overall business process for the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) Channel and business. The responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of IAM operational strategies and processes for North America, along with supporting global initiatives that the North America IAM team integrates into. Additional responsibilities include people power initiatives, budget, training, standardization, functional area calendar/event management, resource estimation and forecasting, and special projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in automotive parts and service
Excellent communicator, written and oral
Strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree from an accredited university
Full understanding of Aftersales and/or Independent Aftermarket organizational structure, processes, goals and responsibilities
Strong leadership behaviors to lead high level and large group initiatives
Presentation skills at VP/Senior Management levels
Experience in managing KPI’s, quality and functional performance
Coaching and leadership experience
MS Office proficient
