What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Aftersales Manager - East position at FCA?
The Regional Aftersales Manager – East will serve as a liaison between the Maserati dealers and Maserati Brands, assisting in all areas of retail parts and service development including marketing, retail displays, service traffic generation, and customer experience processes that will build customer retention . Additional responsibilities will include reviewing parts inventory levels and mix, and providing consultation on improvement opportunities.
The selected candidate will effectively review and analyze dealer financial information and consult with dealers to improve their parts and service business operations . Ensure dealership service marketing initiatives are consistent with corporate guidelines, and services are competitively positioned to generate necessary service and parts traffic, revenue, and retain active client base . The Regional Aftersales Manager will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with improved marketing plans, better parts and accessory merchandising, and parts and service financial consultation. Training dealership personnel on products and offerings is another critical responsibility of the position.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Sales, or a related field of study
4 years of Aftersales experience
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Excel in building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a parts and aftersales position, preferably in an automotive environment
