What are the responsibilities and job description for the SCM EV ITP Manager position at FCA?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ongoing long range capacity validation of key ITP EV components in coordination with purchasing program management and supplier operations
Lead the EDM/E-Motor make study for SCM capacity analysis & identify balanced capacity, transition timing, engineering pilot activities and SO validation
Support of inflation reduction act & USMCA optimization within 25-26CY transition period
Review and launch validation of: ITP releases, pipeline offset for releases, banking tracking lead for ITP
Advanced bulletin reviews for key EV commodities & coordination amongst advanced program managers
Near term SCP recovery simulations and verification across functional areas
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
10 years of experience in the automotive, OEM or similar industry
Cross-functional experience in supply chain management, material logistics management, or similar discipline
Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing and program management is helpful
Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
Extremely organized, good planner, independent, and detail oriented
Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask within tight deadlines
Advance Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google slide skills
Experience with Stellantis (former FCA) systems (change management, capacity, logistics, international packaging, purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA
Demonstrated customer relationship skills
Plant operations experience
