What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle Order Management Specialist position at FCA?
The Vehicle Order Management Specialist job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintaining the North America ordering and inventory management process for FCA sourced products
Maintaining the Dealer Connect vehicle ordering application and vehicle code guides for US Market (U.S. retail, fleet, company car) and International markets
Analyzing sales data and presenting vehicle order configuration recommendations to brand and North America market representatives
Pre-configuring vehicle orders according to market demand and facilitating order transmission to North America assembly plants and/or International assembly plants that produce vehicles for North America
Working with cross regional supply chain teams to monitor FCA ordering systems and ensuring correct alignment of vehicle specifications, resolving vehicle order edit failures
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Experience in Supply Chain, Demand & Production Planning, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing and/or Finance
Strong Microsoft Office Excel and analytical skills, strong communication skills with the ability to develop consensus across multiple cross functional groups
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in interpreting STV relationships
Skill in utilizing Qlik/Global Ebusiness Tools
