Job Description: Develop and present creative concepts to clients and internal teams. Direct the design and production of visual elements of marketing and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to ensure creative coherence. Review and approve art materials, copy, layouts, and proofs. Stay abreast of technological advances in the field and use this knowledge to improve work. Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion. Provide direction and guidance to junior creative staff. Ensure visual communication standards are met across all mediums. Analyze and interpret client feedback to drive creative improvements.
