What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach (camps) position at FCB North America LLC?
Core Responsibility:
Actively participate in all Camp activities on and off the field as deemed necessary by the Directors or Coordinators.
Lead and manage all the activities of the assigned team/s.
Functions:
- Manage assigned team/s activities, such as training sessions and competitions.
- Follow the program and training sessions designed by the Coordinators.
- Control and care for the equipment provided for the activities.
- Set up materials before and pick up the required equipment after activities.
- Control the attendance of the players, register, and report it properly.
- Manage the communication with assigned players and teams.
- Inform Coordinators regarding irregularities in assigned players’ participation and attendance.
- Assist and actively participate in the activities that Coordinators or Directors require (e.g., tryouts, clinics, etc.).
- Assist and actively participate in the formation activities led by the Coordinators or Directors.
- Maintain and organize information related to coaching obligations.
- Communicate regularly with the assigned Coordinator regarding player development and performance.
- Complete any requested reports of assigned players.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the assigned families and respond to their questions according to the established Academy regulations.
- Respect all team management guidelines and suggestions given by the Coordinator(s) and/or Technical Director(s).
Summary
As a Soccer Coach, you will be instrumental in developing players' skills and fostering a love for the game. Reporting to the Athletic Director, you will utilize your core skills in sports coaching and teaching to create effective training programs and strategies. Your premium lifeguard certification will enhance safety during practices and events. Additionally, your relevant experience in martial arts, swimming, and physical education will support a well-rounded approach to athlete development.
