We are seeking a Gen Mobile Wireless Sales Associate to join our fast-growing team. As a sales associate, you will engage with eligible customers and help them enroll in free wireless phone services provided through Gen Mobile by DISH Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Gen Mobile by DISH Network and FCB Wireless with enthusiasm and integrity during door-to-door outreach.
- Educate Eligible Community Members on how to receive free phones and wireless services.
- Achieve Weekly Goals to unlock bonuses and growth opportunities.
Prior Experience in Field Sales or Outreach is a Plus, but Not Required. A desire to help people and provide excellent customer service is essential. All training is conducted within a three-day window. Field agents are required to complete a two-week MIT program in full to receive additional compensation.
Growth Opportunities and Benefits:
- Earn between $500-$1,500 per week based on your performance.
- Receive $20/hour for three days of hands-on training, paid out after your first paycheck.
- Eligible for a sign-on bonus upon completion of the MIT program.
