Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current application processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Implement streamlined procedures to enhance overall application functionality and user experience.
- Oversee and maintain application management systems, ensuring their proper functionality and currency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT teams to deploy system updates and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and data sources.
- Provide operational insights and guidance to the sales and operations teams.
- Assist or lead data imports and integrations from various applications.
- Work with Director of IT for project planning and migrations.
- Collaborate with routing analysts to create and optimize new routes within systems.
- Support truck maintenance modules and GPS systems to enhance fleet operations.
- Hands-on experience with Navusoft, Trux, or AMCS platforms.
- Proven expertise in process optimization and application management.
- Familiarity with application management software, databases, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferable proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Attention to detail with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Administration).
- Relevant Industry certifications
- Years of experience is equitable to certifications or degree
- Experience in route planning and analysis.
- Operational knowledge within the waste management industry.
- Ability to train teams on software and operational tools effectively.
- Travel may be required up to 30%
