Position Summary

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Identifies leads and sells waste services to clients
- Produces new, profitable business to ensure the growth and profit goals of the Company
- Prepares all quotations not covered by the normal pricing policy in conjunction with the Region Manager & Director of Municipal Services
- Remains in contact with established customers, to ensure satisfaction of services provided, retention, and to promote additional sales
- Ensures the acquisition of potential customers by appropriate means including; direct mail, advertising, promotions, referrals, direct sales calls and cold calls
- Develops proposals for general contractors for construction debris hauling, and disposal
- Settle all customer complaints and seek appropriate guidance
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales position is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor
